So, Why Do People Visit Websites?

Generally, people look at websites for two primary reasons:

1. To find particular information they need. From a local businesses researching for a new supplier, somebody searching for a the latest designer clothes, to somebody finding the latest football news, or getting the best deal for a new product.

2. Visitors may want to buy canvas prints for a special occasion, reserve a place in a nice restaurant, or buy a nice gift as a surprise for somebody.

Some businesses require little more than a simple on-line “brochure” to give a summary of their products or services. Others have bigger catalogs of product which they will want visitors to be able to look/search through easily. Companies may want visitors to purchase products on-line, they may need to be able to update news or information remotely…….everyone’s requirement is different.

  • The pages are tested in a number of browsers and amended accordingly so that they display correctly in the most popular ones such as Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
  • The code is validated to make sure that it complies with W3C standards.
